Our projects include the design, development and production of yokeless axial flux motors and generators. Our next-generation machines are an essential part of the drivetrain for future electric vehicles. With focus on (OEM) motor development for electric vehicles, we'd like to support our team with a hands-on R&D Director.
Responsible for scheduling R&D development, setup of R&D processes and systems (A, B and C sample development).
Assist with solution proposals in pre-sales phases.
Analyze customer (internal and external) data and take actions to fulfill requirements.
Assist in product improvement of the areas of manufacturability and cost for mass production.
You assist HR in selecting candidates for future R&D staffing.
Who are we looking for?
Professional experience as Sr. R&D Engineer or (Engineering) Manager, preferably in automotive or related industry.
Experience with ISO9001/ QS9000, IATF is a plus.
Experience with QM Core Tools (e.g. FMEA, APQP, PPAP).
Experience with SCRUM or related systems.
You have a hands-on mentality and you see building systems from the ground up as a great challenge.
You are not afraid of a startup environment.
You are fluent in English, verbal and written.
